Yet another performance able generative patch? I guess so.
Named after a big big rock in northern Iceland, one of my girlfriends (and mine) favorite places, this is a parallel approach to my patch “Vik”: https://patchstorage.com/vik/
A main synth signal is sent in parallel to a granular module and a looper, and there’s a noise synth that makes the waves. All signals get mixed into a hall reverb and a pingpong delay for some ambience before the audio output.
On the front page you get controls for the main synth signal, a granular button to bring it in, a waves button to activate the soundscape, a reverb button that brings up the reverb mix, a looper send, a looper button to mix in the signal, a looper pitch and a looper reverse buttons.
All pages and controls have been named accordingly.
This patch was used to create the track “Minningar” on my generative album “Self-created Destinations”.
