Guitar go brrrrrrrrrrr!

Hi there! Guess you'd like a little backstory to these patches, yeah? Well, it all started when I finally got my Particle and found myself in a knob twister's paradise. Blips, bloops, and sci-fi spooks, this pedal really does a lot! I especially loved that Red Panda Labs intentionally left the 128 presets blank, presenting each of their users with a blank canvas and a call to adventure.

After getting a feel for the web editor, I decided I wanted to dive into each mode and create at least 5 presets that can still be used in a musical fashion. I wanted to utilize my favorite aspect of this pedal; it's versatility in creating simple, yet solid delay settings that can be used in a variety of genres to generating full on chaos and wonderfully wild harmonic textures. Exploration is central to its design. As such, I'd like to share with you the product of my playing and learning with the Particle v2!

All of my patches are created at 60bpm. Because of this, the preset may sound incorrect and harsh when playing at higher bpms. Try either halving bpm going into the Particle's tap tempo or doubling any note divisions (i.e. a division set at a quarter note will now be a half note, eighth notes are quarter notes, etc.). Each preset is mono by default and no settings for the expression pedal. I left these settings open so that they will work for everyone's rig, and customizable for those who desire more!
