A little study with the o88o sequencer module from TheXOR plugin. The sequencer provides gate/trigger and 1v/oct patterns to two composite instruments, one made with the Macro Oscillator 2 by Audible Instruments and the Delay Plus module from the AS plugin, the other built with the Southpole CornrowsX module and the Chronoblob2 delay line by Alright Devices. Lots of modulation going on, with control waveforms from two Frozen Wasteland BPM LFOs, each patched to an Autodafe Multi and a Fundamental attenuator bank. An AS TriLFO module is dedicated to the sequencer, and a single Random Gates module delivers hold triggers to the sequencer and the CornrowsX oscillator.

Once again I’ve generously deployed the uMap module from the Stoermelder plugin, along with many members of my default patch, including Impromptu Modular’s Clocked and and Jerry Sievert’s Clock Divider modules, the Tact and Tact-1 level controllers also from the Impromptu Modular plugin, the Quantizer from JW-Modules, and Befaco’s Dual Attenuverter.

A single Fundamental VCA is the only submix module used. A Bogaudio AD module provides an envelope for its input signal, the Chronoblob2, before heading into the Mixer8 module from Squinky Labs. The NYSTHI MVerb supplies a global reverb to the master, a Tact-1 controller manages the master output level, and the VCV Audio-8 core module delivers the audible goods.
