A cv/midi sequencer based on the Intellijel Metropolis eurorack module.
Metropolis is a sequencer with 8 “stages” each with its own pitch value, gate mode and pulse count.
Only some of the features of the Metropolis have been programmed in this patch. This is a stripped down version of the module.
Due to some bugs (?) in the Zoia’s sequencers, loads of workarounds have been applied. This patch can surely be optimized a lot but this is the first “working” version.
I won’t go into more details about the Metropolis here, see https://intellijel.com/shop/eurorack/metropolis/.
I must point out that, I had to use the CV out for the gate output and MIDI for the pitch output. It’d been more obvious to use the the other way around but I kept getting glitches with the MIDI gate when trying to output rests. The issue might be somewhere else because there are still some glitches with the gates sometimes.
Left stomp: start/stop
Front page (page #0):
Top row: Pitch values of the notes
Other rows: The pulse counts of each “stage” (from bottom to top)
Page #1:
Top row: Sequencer length
Other rows: The gate modes of each “stage” (from bottom to top: rest, single note, repeat, hold)
Page #2:
Top left: Tempo of the sequencer (LFO BPM value is not actual beats per minute)
Middle row: Transpose the whole sequence
Page #3: Stompswitch (start/stop) and CV and MIDI OUT, reset button lower right
Pages #4-5: Logic for the pulse count grid on the front page
Page #6: Gate mode sequencer logic
Pages #7-9: Pulse count logic, some sequencer hacks here to fix an issue where the sequencer would skip if the pulse count was the same on two consequtive steps (this whole logic can surely be optimized somehow)
Pages #10-11: Logic for gate mode grid on page #1
There’s a lot to improve and add (if only there was any CPU left): quantizer, reverse play etc.

Brilliiant ! Thank you Snowdeaf.
Great work!
