Y-Limiter (Variable Output Limiter)

This is used to limit an incoming signal into the output.
A use case would be to limit the amount of PW of an Pulse Oscillator. You could do that with a simple LFO Range setting, but his is controllable with X/Y-Pad and not limited to this use-case.
