Trying out an idea for a live controller I had a long while back. Volume is controlled by the “velocity” of the XY contoller movement (although my calculation of velocity is pretty wonky). X controls pitch, and Y is supposed to be mod index, but it’s not doing much at the moment.
Needs work if it’s to become a performance instrument, but I think the idea’s got legs.
A great start , I’m no expert,,, but it did take me a good length of time to get it going! Maybe it was just me?
Would it be possible to further develop it into a Kaoss pad type!? Obviously need more modules to achieve that.
I ended up plugging the Submarine model into the 8Mix module to get any sound out and added Frozen Landscape’s BPM LFO2 and JW Clock mods to give a generative feeling to it.
