This generative ambient patch can run for hours. This is just a three-minute sampling.

There are five elements: two articulated drones, low-pass filtered noise, amplitude-modulated noise, and a woodwind-like melodic line. The sketch is aleatoric. The elements come and go at random intervals. Variations within each element are driven randomly.

I named the sketch “Winter Fog.” If I had named it “Drones, Noise and Flute,” would you have opted to listen to it? Perhaps, it needs a picture of shadowy wind-swept pines in a coastal fog?

The patch uses VCV Rack v. 1.1.6. (I miss the Little Utilities Teleporter modules in version 2.)
