This patch sort of replicates a record/tape for scratching or creative effects. The idea is that the XY acts as the deck and the cross fader in one as it’s only audible when your finger is down.

I added a ‘Play’ button under the ON button since making the video, which will momentarily play from anywhere on the XY without having to go over to the right side.

Works nicely with Apple Pencil for precision at higher zoom rates.

Import to ‘Rack’ device in Drambo.
