As you can see, I’m not using the “Mind Meld” Mixer today, but the Bus Mixer from “Glue the Giants”. The advantage of this mixer is that you can expand it endlessly and don’t have to worry about missing slots. I also like the fact that the teleport module from “Little Utils”, the one where my audio signal comes out, can be positioned next to the mixer. Since this time there are a lot of occupied mixer slots and in order not to stress the PC so much, I thought about activating only the modules that can be heard in the mixer. The CV Map and Strip modules from Stoermelder seem to be very well suited for this purpose. Basically I linked the mute button of the mixer with the enable/disable button of the strip module and this way I only activate the modules I need in the mixer. To keep the RCM piano roll module in sync when activating the modules, a signal is also sent to the piano roll reset CV.

This time I had errors again when I tried to open my saved patch. I can’t explain it, but it’s definitely not the MB module, since I didn’t have it in the patch this time. I noticed that the error happens less often when all modules in the patch are enabled when saving. So, unfortunately, I can’t save you the patch with the modules disabled, because you probably won’t get it open then. It’s really weird, maybe it will help if I use less modules in the future ^^’.
