This is inspired by the 8-tap delay in the Yamaha MagicStomp and the Intellijel Rainmaker.
I couldn’t make modulation work as well as I wanted with the granular modules so forget the Holdsworth chorus tones (they’re kinda cheesy anyway).
Each individual tap has :
volume
filter frequency
filter resonance
offset amount (ranges from the taps perfectly evenly spaced to any jumbled mess you want)
pan
pitch
There’s global controls for:
delay time (longest tap)
feedback
texture
grain size
global offset (this offsets the grain size of the taps, for a more textural, evolving kinda sound)
And you can freeze the buffer with the left footswitch.
Enjoy!
