Ever wanted to test drive all the kinds of dirt your Zoia can make with the od/distortion effect module? Welcome to the Test Drive. Now you can, with push-button ease. The patch is pretty simple.
On the main page (column 4) you’ll find 5 pushbuttons, each devoted to one of the 5 types of od/distortion effects (classic, germ, plexi, edgy, pushed). On the left of each button is an indicator light to let you know which effect you’ve selected.
Moving futher right on the main page (column 6) you’ll find 5 more buttons (all red), each set to control a different input gain level for the effect (0, 25, 50, 75, and 100). On the left of each button is an indicator to let you know which level you’ve selected. The output gain of each effect is also controlled by these buttons, and is set to unity gain, so the overall output volume of the patch will stay more or less the same as you switch between effects and levels.
Depending on your setup, you may need to make some adjustments to the od/distortion output gain to achieve accurate unity gain. On page 3 (lvl select) you’ll find the out gain switch module. By modifying the output values, you can tweak the output gain to your liking.
This patch is pretty resource intensive due to the number of od/distortion effect modules. Use it to play with the tones the Zoia can produce, and then take those settings to use in other patches.

Love patches like this. Very useful. Thanks!
Thanks! Appreciate the kind words.
