all right, so like there are charged particles being ejected from THE SUN, right? we call this the SOLAR WIND, yeah? and even though space is mostly empty, it isn’t TOTALLY empty; there’s a bunch of crap all over like dust & whatever and we call this is the INTERSTELLAR MEDIUM

so all these charged particles hitting the interstellar medium is going to slow them down over time the further out they travel; the ‘bubble’ at which the SOLAR WIND falls becomes SUBSONIC is called the TERMINATION SHOCK

ANYWAY this patch is a lil ambient piece to help contemplate all that, how small we are, SPACE, etc. so light some incense, take a BUBBLE bath, turn this patch on, trigger an existential panic, you know the drill
