Updated version of an old ‘talk box’ patch, using resampling into a BP filter to get vowel sound effects on live input. The original version used MIDI control with an expression pedal to control the filter cutoff, but here it’s using an envelope follower which is much simpler. I’ve also heavily compressed the audio input, this will probably need adjusting depending on what you have plugged in, to get the right point for vowel sounds.
Video is the original demo because I haven’t got time to record another one!
