Adapted for ORAC: Jon Dattorro’s plate reverb as implemented in pd by Tom Erbe. It sounds really, really, good.
This one has the all-important feedback control that you should try cranking! Hold AUX and infinite feedback engages (indicated by red LED). Press again or adjust FB to go back to your previous FB setting.
I also put some optional tanh drive before AND after the reverb for added fun.
INSTALL:
Just unzip this into wherever you keep your ORAC fx modules (typically /sdcard/Patches/orac/modules/fx OR /sdcard/media/orac/usermodules/fx)
WARNING: this can get loud. Use with caution, be ready to turn down your master Vol.
IMPORTANT: Remember that to use the inputs on organelle you need to turn up input gain for the relevant channel. Also remember that default thru-gain for each module in ORAC is 100%. So if you want the wet/dry on this to behave as a wet/dry instead of a send try cutting that Thru Gain to 0. These settings are all in the Router module.
CONTROLS
Plate page:
Settings for dattorro plate
Mix page:
Plate mix- wet/dry on the plate
Pre-drt mix- wet/dry for pre-reverb distortion
Post-drt mix- wet/dry for post-reverb distortion
Dirt vol- attenuated the WET distortion signals for both pre and post
Dirt page (some controls repeated from above):
Pre gain- how much volume is pushed into pre-drt (more volume more distortion)
Post gain- how much volume is pushed into post-drt (more volume more distortion)
