Subharmonicon Emulation v6.1 with true slew

I have expanded the patch bay a bit to provide both pre and post quantized pitch inputs. I also improved the patch bay labeling to hopefully make it more understandable.

I have also added Usage Notes to the bottom of the UI.

The Sub 1A and Sub 1B oscillators are normalled to the Osc 1 and Osc 2 Shape inputs to simplify emulation of the Subharmonicon PWM feature. Simply set your Wave 1 and/or Wave 2 to Square, and dial up the Shape CV 1 amount and/or Shape CV 2 amount if you want to apply the standard Subharmonicon PWM effect.

This demo patch is almost identical to the arpeggiated slew patch, except the slewed V/Oct CV bypasses the quantizers by patching directly to VCO 1 and VCO 2 V/Oct inputs. Of course this means I must also must patch in extra quantizers before the slew. Since the quantizers were bypassed, I also patch the slewed V/Oct CV to the Sub V/Oct inputs as well so that they remain in tune with the main oscillators.
