This is a Subharmonicon type synth. There are a number of filters included in this version. Try them out to see which you like best. There are more filters available in miRack. Try those too.

If you end up with distortion or crackling if you working on you iPad without headphones or a speaker, try reducing the mixer levels with keeping the mixer out around unity.

Delay and reverb modules are included here. If you find that you are not getting the sounds you want, the filter might be the issue or the version you are using might not react well with the reverb and/or delay. Reverb can really wash out articulation.
