I imagined floating through immense clouds of hydrogen and dust that would some day form new stars and planets. But for now, it is incredibly cold and dark.

This patch uses two of my Sapphire chaotic oscillators, Frolic and Glee, to slowly adjust parameters throughout the patch over time. I use sample and hold at different rates, from the same quantizer output, to maintain a consistent scale for the bass and melodic voices. A shaped noise envelope mixes with the bass to make it sound “grittier”.
