Heavy parallel compression hitting the Harpeggiator which is set to flutter in notes which the compressor is strangling. This program is stereo but works fine in mono, it’s just less pronounced.
I use this for staccato / muted sweep picked chords. It sounds pretty good on single note lines as well.
