ThunderShower simulates a steady thundershower with steady rainfall, variable wind, raindrops cascading off of a roof into puddles on the ground, the clatter of wind chimes, and the occasional clap of thunder that’s sometimes distant and at other times quite near.

The scale tones for the raindrops and the chord played by the wind chimes can both be changed. The volume levels and stereo placement of most elements are dynamically driven to provide movement and realism.
All modules are freely available from the VCV Rack library.

Added an equalizer to the mixer.
Added movement to the rain volume level so that the storm is more dynamic.
Changed the windchimes to a B half-dim chord.
Used high-freq wind noise to modulate wind chime rate. Faster sounding wind generates more chime hits.
Added a specrum analyzer and Rhodonea for rack fill and visuals.
Added a voice for crickets and three for birds.
Changed to the 16-ch mixer to allow room for the new sounds.
