Four sine wave oscillators go through a 4->1 switch driven at audio rates to add harmonics from the phase drift. Add a touch of filter modulation and plenty of delay and reverb. Change the gates on the sequence after each loop to keep it interesting. Then put a filtered sawtooth bass voice underneath and a bandpass filtered pad on top.
