The Rungler shift register is used to gate a snare, hi-hat and kick drum. Two square wave LFOs are used for the Rungler’s clock and data. The final output is spiced up with a bit of warm distortion and some room reverb.

To change the tempo and experiment with the patterns change both the LFO’s frequencies. Also change the drum modules to your favourite modules or samples, and think about using more of the shift register bits.
