This VST provides a variety oscillator types, although it is marketed mostly as a “ROMpler”/Sampler similar to Kontakt. It can work purely as a synth without the use of samples. It also allows for the use of custom scripting. In other words, you can script MIDI generators and processors and that can be included in a “Program”.
