The Eventide H9 Gen2 Harmonizer takes everything that made the original H9 multi-effect processor a classic and pushes it further. The H9 Gen2 will run all existing Eventide TimeFactor, H9 OG, and H90 algorithms (74 in total) and factory presets (over 1000 in total). It will also run all future H90 algorithms. It has a graphics display and a new computer app for better preset editing and management.

I’ve been an Eventide’s beta testers for about 3 years. For clarity, I note that the Eventide H9 Gen2 preset file format is .preset9 and the list file format is .lst9. It will also import and run .tide presets and .h9z lists (from the TimeFactor and H9 pedals). Soon it will also import and run .preset90 presets from the H90. The Eventide H90 platform here seems to have been a big success. I alone have posted and curate six lists totaling almost 300 programs. I can easily post 10 or 20 presets to get things going. This has my vote. Happy to add contributions to a future Eventide H9 Harmonizer Gen2-specific platform. I’ve been known to upload a few H90 Programs myself.
One key advantage is that many of the H90 uploads can be broken down into individual *.preset9 & *.lst9 uploads, geared toward the H9 Gen 2. That should jump-start movement for this separate platform request.
Yes, this also has my vote as well. I have been a downloader mostly here but will start posting here as well. Several of my H90 presets only use one engine so they could be useful as H9gen2 programs.
I’ll cast a vote for this as well. The H90 collection of uploads has been a gift.
