Generative Brass Trio – Long CV only delays.
This is a patch that uses some new plugins by AS… ( Launch Gate… and Signal Delay.. Great work Freddy! :) ) that are designed specifically for creating long delays of CV signals and delayed starts to CV signals. Each part is being generated from a single stream of notes from a Turing Machine. Each part (V/OCT & Gate) is then passed through or delayed to a different amount (In this case a division of the clock..) resulting in three different streams of CV and the V/OCT is sent to three different VCO/VCA, VCF and ADSR setups. The Gates are likewise being generated by Bernoulli Gates to create random rhythmic patterns from a basic clock signal and delayed in the same way. All three voices then pass through a Stereo Chorus and Reverb via the excellent Console Mixer. Note: This is a different version of the patch than appears in the video due to unforeseen circumstances preventing me using the original patch. It sounds much the same though! :)
