Rack’s resource directory “n_0_266305/res” does not exist. Make sure Rack is correctly installed and launched.

This is the message when i try to download and open patches from patchstorage. I am on a Mac with Mojave 10.14.6. What am I doing wrong? please and thank you from a noob in need.
