The files aren’t very large, 5/6 Kb sounds about right for a simpler Program file. What are the file extensions when you extract the .zip files? It should be one of the following:

*.lst90 = a Program List, containing up to 99 individual Programs.
(There are quite a few of these uploaded here, usually described as such in text).

*.pgm90 = a Program, comprised of two Presets (A & B).
(The vast majority of the files available for download here).

*.preset90 = one of (potentially) two Preset files inside a Program.
(There may be a few of these uploaded here, early on. I don’t recall).

The file type is important for exactly where you will import them into H90 Control. And Eventide’s file naming convention often gets confused when referencing that hierarchy.
