has anybody ever managed to create a script that does the following: take just the root note of any incoming chord and transpose just that root note up 1 octave to create a 1st inversion of the input chord? Or better still: is able to produce 2nd, 3rd, 4th inversions and also go negative to produce -1, -2 etc. inversions?
