At the suggestion of Koen Kaptijn, I made this looper that records gate signals in the style of the loopers in the SOMA Labs Pulsar-23. Once recorded, playback can be sped up or slowed down easily by changing the clock speed, and gates (or parts of gates) can be further deleted or added.
