Pseudo-random playground

No “release” version but I’m open for suggestions.

V0.03: Split solo voice and drums to separate tracks and added a bass line track.

V0.02: Set notes on steps where you want the melodic notes to appear. Use the “Pitch tendency” curve to give a rough pre-estimate of pitch. Will be randomized anyway to add some variation.

Wow – just tried this out. Very, very cool. Don’t understand it (or Drambo) enough to make any useful critique, but I have mashed about experimenting with the scale quantisers and event track, and I love the way it can create a coherent, musical but shifting pattern across all 3 elements. Makes me sound a much better musician than I actually am!

Now I just need to work out how to swap out the Sound generating components for something grittier/granular (my issue learning Drambo, not yours), as this demo project as it sounds is obviously good for EDM type stuff, but I rarely use regular drum patterns or bass synths in that way.

Excellent work though. Very interested to see this continue to develop :)
