Pitchforks v1.1

An effect largely based on the MIDI Murf. It Contains 3 fixed-frequency filterbanks, the BASS and the MIDS as found on the Murf, plus 8 selected bands out of the Moog 907 module. All banks are tied up to the sequencer in parallel so you can have them all 3 playing at the same time.

REV 1.1

•Added 15 new patterns (scenes).

•Added a 3-mode Gate section:

-FIXED: The ON time depends on the slider value only, and is global for all the bands throughout the sequence. Useful when using the built in patterns.

-SUST : The ON time depends on the gate signal length, e.g. how long the key is pressed. Useful for recording patterns with a keyboard.

-CONT : Gate is ON indefinitely. Useful for creating drones. Try tweaking the Auto-PAN and the LFO to add some movement.

•Added states to the morphing crossfader:

-A: Default.

-B: Flips the band frequencies. Patterns with a downward motion will go upward and vice versa.

-C: Flips the Pan image. What was left goes right.

-D: Adds different delay values on each filter creating interesting offsets. Most noticeable when all filterbanks are on and gate time is short.

Global parameters
================

•DRIVE: Amplify or attenuate the incoming signal.

•JITTER: Interrupts the pattern with random On / Offs. Useful utility to break out of repetition.

======================
Bank-specific parameters
======================

•LAG: Introduces delay to the signal from 0 up to 1 second. Noticeable when 2 or more banks are playing simultaneously with different lag values.

•ABSORB: Eases off the resonance.

•ATTACK/DECAY: Amp envelope, increase decay for a more staccato feel.

•LFO (FREQ/AMT): Shifts the center frequencies of the bank up and down. LFO wave is set to pulse.

•FILTER GAIN: Controls the volume of each individual band.

•PAN: Distributes the band signals across the stereo spectrum. Default configurations are taken from the Murf, where bands are hardwired left and right accordingly.

Sequencer Notes
================

All the original patterns from the MIDI Murf are included as scenes. You can also make your own patterns using Drambo’s internal sequencer or keyboard or even routing an external MIDI sequencer into Drambo.

When using Pitchforks in a host like AUM load Drambo as an MFx, then route your MIDI source into it. MIDI clock needs to be running in order for the effect to work as intended.

In this instance i am using white noise as an input source:

    This is crazy. The people building Tesla rockets wouldn’t achieve this.
    This is lovely, I just run a guitar chord and I don’t know what it does, but it sounds amazing. And morphing scenes is so much fun. You even got some weird fonts in there for the looks!.
    Great job! 👏
