I played around with Nysthi Simpliciter:

– Recording a sample
– Splitting sample into slices
– Randomizing samples
– Save .wav file
– Delete and load new .wav
– Add new sounds and sequence
– Modulate Sample

Nysthi needs to be treated kindly on low CPU systems, especially if you do not have external graphic cards.
If you cannot setup complex patches, this device can help you store former recordings.
