Insert Mode Program. Configured for Series Routing (default). A little more traditional and separated in optional Parallel Routing. Program MIX 50%. Aggravate into Aggravate. Programmed for stereo use.

Double aggravation, using both instances to create a dynamic composite blend of distortion effects. Crossing filter envelopes and harmonics variations are vaguely vocal-like in texture.

The distortion blooms quickly, morphs, then fades behind your dry input. Expression pedals to control the grinding and growling. Note there are many distinct variations adjusting only your instrument’s onboard volume.

EXP1 sweeps Pump Depth, Rate & Release (sync’ed slightly offset) in both Aggravate instances. EXP2 (optional) adjusts Fuzz & Bias in both Aggravate instances (saved at Heel).

All three HotKnobs are pre-programmed for making fine adjustments to several of the effects. Customize the sound, using these variations:

* [P] HotKnob (+/-) – adjust Mids & Tone in Aggravate 1 & 2 [default = 25]
* [A] HotKnob (+/-) – adjust Aggravate-1 Filter Env [default = 75].
* [B] HotKnob (+/-) – adjust Aggravate-2 Filter Env [default = 15].

Other options include retrigger LFO in either Aggravate (simultaneously to re-sync). HS1 enables the manual PUMP functions in both instances, for switch access to two different PUMP profiles.
