This program uses Pitch Fuzz, but with the fuzz off as I hit this with a Muff (you can of course turn the fuzz up and tweak the EQ if you don’t want to do that).

The Pitch Fuzz thickens things up with detune chorus and an octave below + very short delays. This is then hitting a sweeping filter delay which acts as a swirling synthesizer trail behind the wall of fuzz.
