Remap MPE from an unconfigurable controller (which transmits over all 16 channels) to a synth that only can receive on channel 2 to 7.

It seems that the Ch remap pipe can be left out and it still seems to remap to the correct channels
Maybe change title to “MPE Note Remap” as Dispatcher *won’t* change the channels of incoming Pitchbend and Channel Aftertouch?
Yes, Ch remap pipe can be ignored: Dispatcher pays no attention to *incoming* channel, just assigns outgoing channels according to order notes received.
