I guess the German band Can came up with the beat first, but I always associate it with another German band, “Neu!”.
First row is your drum seq and sounds. They all mix down and go into channel 1.
Second row is the bass (channel 2). There are 3 VCOs that you can mix together to try and dial in your bass.
Bottom row has the a distorted/phased “lead”(channel 3).
Then there a guitar pluck on channel 4.

If thing get out of sync, just hit the RESET button on the CLKD module.
