Unabashedly monophonic lead synths in parallel. Two American-made synths, but it’s debatable which two. Resonant filter envelopes, with fast + slow attacks, carving out the stacked waveforms. Get your Hammer on.
EXP1 is your Mod Wheel. It sweeps HotSawz Osc Depth, Tri Spd, LFO Amount and Out Gain, with LFO Rate, Spread and Out Gain in PolySynth.
HS1 is your octave button. HS2, portamento glide.
EXP2 (optional) is your Pitch Bend wheel. It controls HotSawz Gate Range and PolySynth Pitch Wheel +1200 cents (saved at Heel).
All three HotKnobs are pre-programmed for making fine adjustments to several of the effects. Customize the sound, using these variations:
* [P] HotKnob (+/-) – adjust HotSawz and PolySynth Cutoff and Resonance, plus PolySynth Env Amount and Env Sens. [default = 75]
* [A] HotKnob (+/-) – change HotSawz Voice Mix and Decay. [default = 47]
* [B] HotKnob (+/-) – adjust PolySynth Shape 1-2-3. [default = 30]
Other options include retrigger for HotSawz LFO, momentary or latching FREEZE in PolySynth, and transposition or pitch shifting for both synths.
