This is a VCV Rack V2 patch using the OrangeLine DEJAVU and MOTHER modules to create a meditative harmonic modal soundscape.
Short walk through:
DEJAVU is generating 16 polyphonic channels of gates and random CVs tripple used for the second MOTHERs RND input, random panning and filter cutoff for each poly channel. The POW output also controls the volume for each poly channel.
First MOTHER does the chord progression by controlling the CHILD input of the second MOTHER.
Second MOTHER generating the chord pitches based on weight settings for the different CHILD modes.
FENCE limits the chord pitches to about a 2 octave range.
Saws and Stairway producing the sound. Great hat Stairways cutoff cv input is polyphonic.
SLEW and PAN are used to fade in and out as well pan each poly channel seperately.
I feel so silly because try as I might I cannot understand and recreate your panning / volume technique in my own patches. You are a master Dieter!
