TouchOSC has a pretty nice MIDI handling API in Lua. Using the onReceiveMIDI function as an interrupt I used the sequencer buttons as the note array and just counted the midi clock pulses to sync with Drambo running in the background. The drum timing is definitely loose and wonky at times because it just doesn’t refresh as fast as it needs to for this task but it shows that it could be used to create custom midi sequencers for non-critical timed events. Mostly a proof of concept
