A MIDI utility i found useful. Takes incoming MIDI and shifts it by the specified number of octaves and semitones. Also overrides velocity to a specified amount.

Occasionally, notes will get stuck on if you shift while a note is pressed. If this happens, the AUX button functions as a panic button and sends a note-off to all notes.
