Sends “MIDI Panic” when host stops or when Shift is pressed.

Ideal for usage with DAWs (like Cubasis) where stopping or scrubbing transport sometimes leaves notes hanging.

By loading this as a Midi Effect then sending “MIDI Panic” after a configurable delay time, hung notes are eradicated.

“MIDI Panic” corresponds to the sequence of MIDI CC messages that Cubasis sends itself:
* Sustain off
* All notes off
* All sound off
* Sustain off
