Arturia Microfreak Presetter v1
With this Mozaic preset you have 16 pads to change 16 presets for the Microfreak on-the-fly… Via Program-Change-messages 0 – 127 for bank 1 (preset 1 – 128 (default: Factory) and for bank 2 (preset 129 – 256) (default: User).
Select a pad and change the presetnumber for that pad with the Preset Selectorknobs for bank 1 or 2.
Send the selected pad-preset to the Microfreak while holding the SHIFT button!
With the midichannel-knob (Ch) you set the general midi channel on which
the Microfreak is set to recieve (so all presets will be send to that channel).
The presetnumbers for the Microfreak (min 1 / max 256) that you’ve assigned to the 16 pads will be saved in the AU-host.
NB. I have chosen to use the SHIFT button to actually send the PC to the Microfreak, otherwise the PC-message will also be send when you just select a pad to assign a presetnumber to that pad… If you don’t mind about this ‘superfluous’ behaviour, you can change the code in the eventcode for @OnPadDown from “if ShiftPressed = YES” to “if ShiftPressed = NO” (so YES becomes NO).

If you have time, can you update the patch, there is one unused knob that is waiting for its presets :)

Also, for performance, wouldn’t it be better to setup the presets with shift-pad and then use them with the pad only?

I didn’t bother repeating your request, I created an updated version instead. I know it’s been almost a year.

SHIFT button now has no function.
