It is a tremolo/reverb effect:
– “harmonic tremolo” found in certain early 1960s amps
– reverb derived from the one developed by Bill Gardner
– mono input and output
As the patch is very neatly organized, porting it to the organelle was a snap. Kudos to the original creator.

It isn’t stereo? Not even a little bit? I know I wrote (copied) “mono” in the description … ;-)
I tried to figure this out while also looking at other effects patches but have to admit this is way over my head. So for the moment: sorry, no stereo.
If ever my understanding of pure data improves, I promise I will come back to this.
