The Evolved Chord Generator v1.3
This plugin is an algorithmic, host-synced 4-chord progression generator designed to create evolving harmonies. Instead of triggering uniform note blocks, it generates humanized, fluid chord structures that stay locked to your project’s master clock.
Key Capabilities
Intelligent Scale Quantization: Generates harmonies centered around a target root note and instantly forces every note through a scale filter (e.g., C Minor). It builds mathematically perfect chords (Triads or 7ths) that are guaranteed to sound musically cohesive.
Organic Strum Delay (Knob 1): Breaks up rigid, blocky chords by introducing a time-slipped micro-delay between individual notes. Turning this up transforms static chord changes into fluid, human-like rolling strums or fast arpeggiated flourishes.
Stochastic Chord Mutation (Knob 2 & Pad 0): Uses a real-time probability engine to subtly evolve your progression over time.
VIBE Mode: Chords morph temporarily for live tension builds but snap back to the original melody when the mutation knob is turned down.
PERM Mode: Generates permanent structural changes, allowing the chord progression to infinitely rewrite itself on the fly.
Voice Leading & Inversion (Knob 3): Automatically handles large octave jumps by shifting upper intervals down an octave, keeping your progression balanced across the frequency spectrum.
Pro Dynamic Control (Knobs 4 & 5): Features a dedicated velocity drive to adjust the hitting intensity of the keys and a dynamic gate-length scaler to smoothly transition from short staccato stabs to long, sustaining pads.
Hardware-Safe Execution: Built on a completely global array infrastructure with comma-locked MIDI routing, ensuring zero stuck notes, dropped events, or buffer overloads inside your host.
