Insert Mode Program. Series Routing (default). I suppose the Parallel Routing option could have its uses, in a milder context, or for you experimental looper types. Program MIX 45-55% (via EXP1). H910 H949 into Reverse (delay), with stereo use in mind.
Base Program: Semi-standard delay: a few detuned repeats – rapidly decaying – then closing out with a faint ghostly bloom. The real objective is smooth blending into a reverse crescendo, using an expression pedal.
Pedal control crossfades into longer reversed phrases while shifting the effected mix, or increases regeneration across both effects. HotSwitch alternates for Program-wide tap tempo, infinite repeat of either delay buffer, or two unique pitch-shifted options. Expression pedals & switches combine to multiply the FX possibilities.
* EXP1 crossfades Mix in the H910 H949 with Wet Mix, Depth Mod & Speed in Reverse.
* EXP 1 also shifts the [P] Program Mix (slightly wetter) for emphasis on reverse.
* EXP2 increases Feedback A & B in both H910 H949 and Reverse.
* Up to micro-looping. Set the [P] HotKnob to 50 (unison) for near-infinite cycling.
* HS(x) & EXP(x) effects are ‘imprinted’ onto the audio currently looping.
* Both expression pedals are saved at the full Heel treadle position.
HotKnob mappings, for pitch shift / splice modifications, or to dial in delay pairings:
* [P] HotKnob (+/-) adjust H910 H949 Pitch A & B with X-Fade in Reverse [default = 52]
* [A] HotKnob (+/-) adjust sync’ed Delay A + B time in H910 H949 [default = 75].
* [B] HotKnob (CCW) decrease sync’ed Delay A + B time in Reverse [default = 100].
* Manually shift one Delay parameter in each effect for a quad-delay spread.
* MIDI CC# 1 H910 H949 (splice) Type
* MIDI CC# 2 H910 H949 Pitch Ctl
* MIDI CC# 3 [P] HotKnob
* MIDI CC# 7 [P] Program Out Gain
* MIDI CC#10 H910 H949 Pitch Mix + Reverse Delay Mix
* MIDI CC#12 [A] HotKnob
* MIDI CC#13 [B] HotKnob
* MIDI CC#74 Reverse Filter
Other options:
* Momentary REPEAT of the H910 H949 delay buffer.
* 1st effect in Series – prominent (at times, transformed) in all EXP1 treadle positions.
* Momentary REPEAT of the Reverse delay buffer.
* 2nd effect in Series – more prominence towards EXP1 Toe positions.
* TAP: 80 BPM [longest delay times @ 20 BPM).
* HS2(M) – momentary octaves – above & below unison.
* HS2(M) Pitch Ctl Chromatic – belltree cascade – maximum Feedback.
* HS3 – latching 5ths – above & below unison.
* HS3 – Pitch Ctl Normal – slapback delay – default Feedback.
* Pitch shift FX for HS2(M) & HS3 will occur at the current delay times (adjusted with the [A] & [B] HotKnobs).
See the Program Notes for more information on the PERFORM switch mappings.

I am unfamiliar with the unit that this is based on, but this patch is so much fun to play and sounds great. Thank you Brock for sharing another awesome patch.
Quite frankly Brent, neither was I. Slipped beneath my radar until just recently. It seems to be way ahead of its time for the 1980’s. So much so that I’m tracking it on the used market.
Glad you liked it. I’ll use any excuse for smooth blending between forward & reverse. Used tastefully – by ‘foot mixing’, it never seems to linger too long in psychedelia-land. I use it when I need a standard tap delay with a few hidden surprises.
