Gezz_Simple_SineBank1 – Eaganmatrix module

My very first Eurorack Eaganmatrix module patch.

The module behaves a bit different from the Osmose when driven via CV signals (obviously). The CV signals cover a different pitch range than I thought, using MIDI the module behaves as I was expecting. No big deal the patch can be transposed in the Oct Switch – unfortunately this setting is not retrieved when loading the patch.

This sine bank patch sounds multi-timbral and when the macros are modulated by CV can sound really interesting. Though it as quite difficult to create a musical coherent patch that fits with other synths.

You can clearly here the different “layers” of sine wave frequencies and the modulation effects. First part of the track is just the module!

Gate is sent to W, pitch information is sent to X and two envelopes drive Z, i and ii. In the track I manually adjusted (via the front panel) macros iii and iv.

I created a very flimsy track, demoing the module with several modulation effects.
