The filter is merely there to roll off the uppers for a more lo-fi effect.

Finally throw in some PSP chorus, and the (free) R_wxAW Universe reverb and a (free) R_wxAW tape.

Just very very slowly choose some notes on your keyboard and sit back and relax.
