This instrument is a drum sample module that’s ready to go – just drop it into a track, load a sample, and start sequencing. The compact view has the MIDI to CV module hidden. The MIDI filter is there because the intent is to load multiple Flexi Drums onto a track, to create a kit (like with Ableton’s Simpler or an MPC).

I used the Flexi Sampler because it offers more sample mangling possibilities.

Please let me now if there are any issues with this instrument. It works well for me. If you load more than one on a track, don’t forget to add a mixer to hear the output (or, better yet, a Layer Mixer!)
