FACTORIAL-X: Dystopian Dreadnought (Cybernetic Seizure)

After countless hours of structural audio experimentation, I can finally say: I did it. I managed to create something truly musical—something that transcends being “just another patch” or a standard loop. This is a sprawling, living electronic ecosystem, and it feels like a major milestone in my modular journey.

The Engine: Powered by Impromptu Clocked running at a low base tempo with extreme internal multipliers (x19 / /29), driving a Count Modula Burst Generator and Befaco Random8.
The Filter of Destruction: All gate lines collide into a Count Modula BooleanXOR. When the patch reaches peak density, overlapping triggers destroy each other, forcing the rhythm to suffocate, gasp, and swing with an alien, unpredictable groove.
The Sound: Pure logic gate voltage mixed with Bastl Pizza (Crust) for rusty FM metal, Voxglitch Bytebeat, and Befaco Noise Plethora, all glued together by Valley Plateau reverb and heavy Surge XT FX Distortion on the final stage.
