The idea was to capture the eddies of water at a point in a flowing stream where the same things seem to repeat but are actually different even though the medium never changes. I’m happy with the result. The principle dynamic is the juxtaposition of a simple 4 note sequence on the right and a sequence on the left that changes both length and tempo in a “managed random” way.
