This is a stereophaser-like audio effect created from a bandpass filter, delay, and comb filter. It has two LFOs and also has external MIDI cc inputs (that I use with my Mozaic Staircase LFOs when I want a stepped phaser).

This is a great starting point for your own creations.

You can get a wide range of effects from a smooth phaser to a metallic resonant effect like a flanger. It is really fun when connected to a stepped LFO for percussive sweeps.
